Unknown Librarian – We have a new person who has volunteered to maintain the library.
Auto Scoring – David Garceau presented a process for keeping the score side and the unknown librarian in sync for 2026.
Worlds 2026- In order to make everything faster, there are a few things I'd like to bring forward for today's meeting.
Please let everyone to know the new date for the Worlds is April 2026.
About rental airplanes.
Getting planes all the way south of the world with few shipping (and expensive) options.
Please understand getting a list together has been somewhat problematic, but we're definitely getting there.
By the end of this very week, we will have a list of options that will likely grow within a few weeks.
About international judges:
A big effort is being pulled to have all the national Directors ready to judge besides the best of our competitors. So far, this is proving to be a successful effort.
Invitations will be issued for international judges really soon.
We'd like to invite all of you guys, but we will be a bit limited since most of the funds come from clubs and member's personal pockets.
If we can get more sponsorship to fund more judges, we will gladly do it.
I understand there are still some loose ends that you want to know about. Please feel free to ask any further questions and I will be more that glad to provide an answer ASAP.
Website – We are working on different options and will present them to the board next month.
2026 Knowns – All sequences have been approved.
IJS 2026 –IJS at Triple Tree Aerodrome. Will be on 20-22 Feb 2026 2 persons per region will be allowed to send proposed instructors to IJS. $1500 per region will be allowed.
IJS 2026 Europe – Adi will put together a session in Europe. Date and place TBD.
